Founded in 2019 in Los Angeles as a spinoff from the AL3DAN Research lab and now based in Northridge, California.

What nozzles can be used?
All printers come standard with 0.4mm M6 tungsten carbide nozzles made by Dyze Design
Additional tungsten carbide nozzles can also be purchased in 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm
What filaments can be used?
Any filaments with printing temperatures under 300°C are compatible with the XYZMaximizer printers: PETG, PLA, ASA, PC, TPU, ABS and many others. Recomended filaments for our printers are made by Atomic Filament and Prusament. Those are tested filaments will have pre-made profiles available in provided PrusaSlicer profiles.
For all other filaments, profiles can be input manually. We recommend using the settings as provided by the filament manufacturer.
Filament Spool Holder Size
XYZMaximizer printers are compatible with most 1kg filament spools.
What are the file types I can use in XYZMaximizer printers?
Our recommended slicing software, PrusaSlicer, will accept .STL, .OBJ and .3MF files.
Can I use another slicer?
XYZMaximizer printers operate using g-code and are compatible with slicers that export g-code.
PrusaSlicer, CURA, SuperSlicer, ideaMaker and other popular slicers are supported.
Recommended Grease / Lubricant
Lubricants are required to ensure a smooth operation.
EP, EP2 by Mobil, High Temperature red grease by Valvoline is recomended.
Overtime, excess lubricant may build up and is a normal byproduct of the printers operation. You can clean this excess grease by wiping down the rod or printer floor with a cloth.
